It is competitive due to the fact that you do not pay for tuition and you are actually paid while you are attending school as an O-1. I believe that each class is under 200 students.

I agree with Mr. Puma. I wish I knew the percentage, but it appears that a greater number of physicians in the military went through civilian medical school and then got their commission (as opposed to going through USU to get their med degrees).

I don’t see how it could be harder than any other medical school.
